Style & Wardrobe Guide

Let’s go shopping,….in YOUR closet!

You already have a style that is yours so before purchasing lingerie, clothing, and accents, peruse through your collection and think of your favorite piece of clothing or accessory. Does it give you confidence when you wear it? Do you feel empowered and beautiful? Are you complimented on it every time you wear it? Is your look edgy and sexy, feminine and pretty, is it classic and modest, or maybe a combination?

Look for body suits, anything lace or fur, suspenders from your hubby’s side of the closet, bustiers to enhance cleavage and curves, off-the-shoulder sweaters or sweatshirts, blouses, any unique pieces… High waisted panties are the BEST, and look amazing on everyone.

When selecting your jewelry, be sure to keep it simple, like diamond or pearl studs and delicate and signature accents.  Below are a few ideas to guide you. All things you can  probably find in your closet!  You can thank me later…

You are always welcome to choose pieces from the wardrobe collection provided at your boudoir shoot if you need a few additional items to complete your look but here are some suggestions if you love the thrill of shopping!

According to your body style, check out the following:

Triangle: your goal is to extend your shoulders and bust and emphasize your waist, so try thin shoulder straps, horizontal neckline, and a high waist with high cut legs.

Inverted triangle: your goal is to elongate you’re your neckline and emphasize your hips, so try wider shoulder straps and a plunging neckline with halter tops and lower waist lines with a long corset.

Circle: your goal is to minimize your stomach area and emphasize your bust by wearing plunging necklines and a high waist with lingerie with side cut-outs and vertical lines.

Rectangle: your goal is to emphasize your bust and hips to create the appearance of a waist by selecting brighter colors and accents of pleats around your hips and chest. Try side cut outs and high cut legs.

Hourglass: your goal is to emphasize your bust and waist with thick bra cups and wider shoulder straps. Try open waist options, like a bra and panty set. T-shirts and panties are always great too.
